Your files
Many conversions run entirely in your browser. Those files are never uploaded to us. The page tells you which conversions run on your device before you start.
Files that need our server are sent over an encrypted connection, converted automatically by software, and deleted within 60 minutes of the conversion finishing. Nobody at Convert opens them. You can delete them immediately with the Delete button. We do not use your files to train AI models.
What we record
To run the free daily allowance we count conversions per internet address for one day. We keep basic server logs (time, format pair, file size and whether it worked) for up to 14 days to fix problems. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.
If you ask to be told about credit packs, we store your email address only for that purpose. Reply to any message to be removed.
